Shipping policy
We ship from our warehouse in the UK and from our international partner's warehouses. Due to the a high volume of packages currently, our logistical partners have informed us there may be slight delays. We are still working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience at this time.

Shipping Information
Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Processing Times
Domestically dispatched orders have a processing time of 1 - 5 business days.
Internationally dispatched orders have a processing time of 1 - 7 business days depending on the item.
For made to order, custom items or large orders, processing time varies and this will be communicated with you on an order-by-order basis.
Shipping Times
Orders shipped domestically from our UK warehouse have an ETA of 3-5 business days
Orders shipped internationally or from our international partner's warehouses have an ETA of 10 - 15 business days.
Large multi item orders may be shipped in separate packaging and may have different estimated times of arrival.
Once an item has been handed over to shipping we are not responsible for any delays.
Expedited Shipping
We offer an expedited shipping service via FedEx, however this is not available for all items. If you require expedited shipping please contact us via the online chat or Email at: silcshome@gmail.com for further information.
Track your Order
Your order will be available to track between 24 - 48 hours after it has been shipped.
There is an automated tracking system available through the online chat service on our store. This will allow you to see tracking information from all logistic partners involved in the process. You will also be able to follow updates on your order through the specific shipping partners websites.

Shipping Fees
All standard shipping fees are calculated at the checkout, dependant on the delivery location.

Further to any shipping costs, dependant on your location we may have to charge a sales tax. We are required to do this by law based on specific location tax rates.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
