Refund policy

At Silc Stuff, we value customer experience and satisfaction above all else. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

We offer a full refund or exchange for any products bought online providing they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All products must be new, unused, in original condition and in original packaging to be accepted.

Custom and personalised items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us prior to returning any orders so we can provide you with the most suitable return address.

Returns

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns as we cannot exchange or refund items that do not reach us or arrive to us damaged. Silc Stuff reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange of any items that are not in their original condition. Items damaged or lost during transit will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

Damaged or Defective items

Upon receipt of your item please inspect carefully for any signs of damage or defects. If the item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately and we will replace the item.

We will require images of the damaged or defective item along with images of the original packaging and shipping label.

We are not responsible for items received not being inspected in a timely manner and Silc Stuff reserves the right to deny liability after 14 days of the order being received.

Exchanges

For exchanges you will need to return the original item, once this is received by us, you will receive store credit for the full value of the item. You can then place a new order. The store credit will be assigned in accordance to our usual refund policy.

Cancellations & Replacements

If your order has not already shipped, you may request to cancel up to 24 hours after placing. Please bear in mind that if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it you must wait for the item to arrive and request a refund.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing an order due to address mistakes made by the customer at the point of ordering. Please ensure you double check all address and contact information before placing your order. If you notice a discrepancy please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped we cannot refund or replace it.

Shipping & Return Fees

In the event of any return, customers will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item.

International Returns & Customs

In the event of an international return, please ensure you state 'returning to seller' in the reason for export field on your postage label. Please also ensure you state the item as being of 'no retail value' as we cannot accept customs charges to receive your return. Please note we do not refund international customs charges and sales taxes.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note refunds and store credit will only be issued after your item has arrived with us and has been checked. All refunds and store credit are subject to our refund policy.
